B-TRNSFRMD recently held its much-anticipated offsite in the vibrant city of Jaipur, bringing together team members from the United States and various parts of India. The weeklong event, held from November 24th to December 1st, was a perfect blend of professional development, team bonding, and cultural exploration, leaving the team enriched and inspired. 

Elevating Skills Through Comprehensive Training 

The offsite started with our Founder and CEO, Gans Subramanian, sharing B-TRNSFRMD's ambitious vision for 2025, outlining key strategic goals and aligning the team with a shared purpose for the future. This was followed by a series of insightful training sessions led by our Client Success Director, Manas Mutreja, Analytics Implementation Director, Aayush Shah and HR Manager, Pragya Sharma. These sessions covered aspects fundamental to the daily success of the team, equipping them with essential skills and insights to excel in their roles. 

The training also included interactive sessions and group activities that fostered collaboration, honed critical thinking skills, and strengthened team bonds. The team members enhanced their analytical capabilities, refined client engagement techniques, and gained a deeper understanding of market dynamics to drive growth and innovation. Complementing these discussions were hands-on workshops on Microsoft Suite, which improved the team’s proficiency in essential tools, ensuring everyone left with practical skills to elevate their day-to-day operations. 

Exploring the Vibrant City of Jaipur 

Outside the conference rooms, the team had the wonderful opportunity to explore the rich cultural heritage of Jaipur. From shopping in bustling local markets to visiting iconic monuments such as the Hawa Mahal and Amer Fort, every moment was a deep dive into the city's history and charm. The vibrant colors, architectural marvels, and rich traditions of Jaipur provided a memorable backdrop to the offsite. 

A Day of Giving Back 

Aligned with our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the team dedicated one day to visit the Aashray Care Home, an orphanage in Jaipur that provides care and support to children affected by HIV and AIDS. The visit was a heartwarming experience, as we engaged with the children, watched their energetic dance performances, and even joined them on the dance floor.

Our Founder addressed the group, reaffirming our shared purpose of giving back to society. Donations and gifts were presented to the children and the staff, reinforcing our belief in making a positive impact. The day concluded with a lively team dinner at Chokhi Dhani Village, where we relished the rich flavors of Rajasthan’s traditional cuisine and soaked in the vibrant cultural ambiance. 

Ranthambore: A Wilderness Adventure 

The adventure continued with a trip to Ranthambore, where the team stayed in a beautiful resort surrounded by nature. The itinerary included activities such as friendly cricket matches, delightful dinners accompanied by classical musicians, and a cozy bonfire night. 

An early morning tiger safari under the crisp, cold temperatures added an element of excitement to the trip. While the elusive tiger remained out of sight, the team was thrilled to spot a leopard amidst Ranthambore’s breathtaking flora and fauna—a rare and unforgettable experience. 

A Memorable Conclusion 

On December 1st, the team returned to Jaipur to conclude the offsite and head back to their respective destinations. This offsite was not just a professional retreat but a testament to B-TRNSFRMD's ethos of fostering growth, collaboration, and balance. 

The week in Jaipur and Ranthambore encapsulated the essence of B-TRNSFRMD: striving for excellence while cherishing the journey together. The experience left the team rejuvenated, motivated, and more connected than ever as they look forward to achieving new milestones in the months ahead.
